LaraSmart is the web-based business software developed by the firm on Laravel: warehouse, sales documents, electronic invoicing, accounting and e-commerce in a single platform, accessible from the browser wherever you are. It is a common foundation that grows with modules and customisations developed for each company's needs: many installations have been in use for years and have evolved together with their clients.
Master data, catalogue and warehouse
Customers and suppliers, products with stock levels, movements and price lists, goods-in of incoming stock. Base tables are configurable, to adapt the software to the way each company works.
Sales documents
Quotes, orders, delivery notes, proforma invoices, immediate and deferred invoices, credit notes, with conversion from one document to another: for example, the deferred invoice generated from the period's delivery notes.
Electronic invoicing
Sending and receiving invoices through the Italian SdI exchange system, directly from the software: PC Web Agency is an accredited intermediary of the Revenue Agency's Exchange System. The e-invoicing features are designed for the Italian market; the rest of LaraSmart works anywhere.
Accounting and reports
Double-entry cash book, due-date schedule for collections and payments with generation of Italian bank receipts (RiBa), and reports to monitor business performance. The platform is completed by an activity calendar and email sending from within the software.
Integrated e-commerce
Categories, attributes, brands and products are managed in LaraSmart and synchronised with PrestaShop through APIs: stock levels are always up to date and online orders arrive directly in the software, with no double entry.
LaraPos: the point of sale
LaraPos is the firm's multi-client, cross-platform point-of-sale software: it runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, with touch-screen monitors or traditional workstations, and connects to the Italian fiscal cash register (registratore telematico) to issue receipts and perform the end-of-day close. Several stations work at the same time, each with its own till.
Vertical modules
Modules for specific sectors are built on LaraSmart: for example, for plant nurseries, the register and generation of plant passports.
The software is hosted on professional servers with daily, geographically redundant backups.
