The Internet of Things connects the physical world (machines, plants, environments, vehicles) to an organisation's information systems. The firm designs solutions that collect data from sensors and connected devices and make it usable in web platforms.
Data collection and transmission
- integration of sensors and devices via protocols such as MQTT and HTTP;
- acquisition of environmental, energy, status and position measurements;
- secure transmission of data to servers and cloud platforms.
PLCs and industrial machinery
- communication with the PLCs of machines and plants via industrial protocols such as Modbus (TCP and RTU) and OPC UA;
- reading of states, counters, cycle times and machine alarms;
- sending parameters and commands, with the required safety checks;
- interconnection of capital equipment with business systems, including from an Industry 4.0 perspective.
Monitoring and alarms
- real-time dashboards accessible from web and app;
- configurable thresholds, alarms and push or email notifications;
- measurement history, charts and data export.
Integration with existing systems
The data collected can feed web platforms and apps through APIs, and be stored with the same security, backup and availability guarantees as the firm's other solutions.
