Business software of any kind, web based: browser-based access and interfaces combined with professional servers and daily, geographically redundant backups.
Alongside ready-to-use warehouse and invoicing software, the firm builds software tailored to each client's needs: warehouse management, ERP and CRM systems, CMSs, B2B and B2C portals. Many of these applications have been in use for years and have grown together with the companies that rely on them.
Electronic invoicing in Italy
In Italy, B2B and B2C invoices must be sent electronically through the government's Exchange System (SdI) run by the Revenue Agency. PC Web Agency is an accredited SdI intermediary for the automated sending and receiving of electronic invoices, with cloud e-invoicing platforms.
LaraSmart and LaraPos: the firm's own products
LaraSmart is the web-based business software developed by the firm on Laravel: warehouse, sales documents, Italian e-invoicing, accounting and e-commerce in a single platform, alongside the LaraPos touch-screen point of sale. Discover LaraSmart.
On this foundation the firm builds vertical modules for specific sectors: for example, for plant nurseries, the register and generation of plant passports.
Multi-company construction site management
A single platform for several companies, each with its own data: clients, staff, suppliers, materials, vehicles and equipment and sites, with dedicated users and permissions.
- daily work reports filled in for each site;
- site reports on the progress of the works;
- cost reports, to know what each site really costs.
Staff attendance with PWA and geolocation
The staff clock-in module works as a PWA (Progressive Web App): it is used from a smartphone like an app, without installing it from the stores.
- clock-in areas drawn on the map, with radius and tolerance: inside the area the clock-in is valid, within the tolerance band it is flagged, beyond that it is rejected;
- clock-in and clock-out with a single tap, optionally linked to the site;
- location detected only at the moment of clocking in, no continuous tracking;
- registered devices linked to each employee, to prevent clocking in from someone else's phone;
- confirmation with the phone's biometric recognition (fingerprint or face), where supported, using the WebAuthn standard: biometric data never leaves the phone and no fingerprint or face image is stored on the server;
- clock-in history and attendance reports, filterable by site;
- OpenStreetMap maps, with no dependence on paid services.
